Disliked: First room offered to me stank of urine; Towels smelled bad; no hot water; never anyone on reception; front doors are not locked so it didn’t feel very safe or secure; all utensils and plates at breakfast were plastic (bad for environment); no tea bags or milk or butter for toast; card key for room never worked so had to keep returning to reception.

Disliked: My reservation was cancelled by the clerk, was told he could only give me one bed for 5 People, 2 adults and 3 kids. I asked what would happen if I cancel and he responded - Cancel o ok I cancelled already and he said that if I wanted to stay I would have to pay again.
