Scary and dangerous

Disliked: The people smoking weed, the smell of old smoked weed in our room, the drugs and prostitutes everywhere, and the person who tried to get into my teenage daughters room. They refused a refund for all 3 of our rooms so we had to drive home (3 1/2 hrs) and not see my dieing father-in-law. They not only refused a refund, cost us one of the last opportunities to see a loved one before they died but they cost us a ton of money we could use to stay someplace else. This whole stay (all 1 hrs of it) was unacceptable and a nightmare

Disliked: Upon checking into the room last night, I found a dead baby roach bug on the door as I was going out to get my suitcase, I then decided I should pull the covers back and look at the mattress, to which I found some sort of brown powdery dirt substance on the robe siding of the bed and then several nasty stains , I then went to the other side to look and before I even turned the sheets back , there was a baby roach bug crawling on the top bedspread, I took pictures and went to the office to return the key card and to let the attendant know that we would not be staying at all and to cancel our stay. The attendant then said that since I booked through a third party, booking.com, that I would have to go through them to get a refund, to which I went to booking.com and they send me back to the hotel. How do I go about getting a refund under these conditions, I understand that it clearly says on my paperwork that I'm not eligible for a refund when I booked this motel, although under these circumstances I believe I am entitled to a full refund as these were very unsanitary conditions so I am asking that you consider my issue I went through and the fact that I did actually show up and check into the hotel but then found what I found. Disliked: The bed was made up dirty sheets. Meaning didn't change the sheet. I ask for clean sheet and made the bed up myself
