Disliked: The lady at the front desk was rude, the floor in the room where gross, my friend got a wet towel and wiped them down three times, it was like they mopped with straight pine sol

Disliked: We did not enjoy our stay! We arrived late after I had mouth surgery. We checked in to the 2nd floor. The shade did not work, there was no phone so we had to walk down to get someone. We had to move rooms and floors so it took an hour for me to even begin to get settled. Then the new room had no television and the water was brown and gross. The customer service was non existent. They acted like we were bothering them. The property was trashed all around outside and there was no ice. It was AWFUL

Disliked: It’s an old property run down. They were in the process of renovating there was old debris laying around. The ice machine was out of order. No breakfast to speak of. The smoke alarm was hanging by the wires in our room. There was no hand soap or body wash. There was nothing in the listing about it being under reconstruction or we wouldn’t have booked a room there
