Liked: The manager was completely rude and snapped out on me claiming I had more ppl in my room then I was saying but NOT TRUE! When I booked the room I even added my fiancé's name to the reservation. He wouldn't let me get a word in & walked away from me ranting and raving like the mad hatter at the Tea Party. I had called down to the front desk to upgrade to accommodate my brother coming to stay with us for a couple days & was willing to pay the extra cost. I am a gold member at wyndym and I receive a discount which it seemed he didn't want to apply. He was unreasonable & I could tell he was deliberately discriminating for whatever odd reason he came up with. The hotel was under construction and they gave us an old out of date room from jump. The heater was so old it just looked like a piece of junk on the wall. It was cold in the room when we first arrived and it never seemed to warm up. There was a 3 inch gap on the bottom of the door which caused a draft. It stunk so bad in the room, almost like something was rotten. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Liked: It offered shuttle help to the game.
Disliked: The room had a funky odor like like urine or bad socks. The staff seem to struggle with simple requests like a receipt.

Clean and quiet older motel.

Liked: Easy to find. Very quiet in the room.
