Liked: Location was nice, plenty of shopping and restaurants. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Disliked: I still didn't receive my $100 deposit back yet. it's in case there's any damage, I took a shower nap and left, takes 10 seconds to inspect a room and return a deposit. They told me 4 days now it's 4 to 14 days, that is why I would never recommend you, everything else was ok.

Disliked: Needs to be updated -needs to be cleaner, especially on the stairs - an elevator would help!

Liked: At check in the young man behind the counter was very amazing. Made us feel comfortable right away. Great welcome person to have there.

Not the greatest but staff...

Liked: The location and they switched our room for us after we had some issues with ours.
Disliked: The hallway smelled like urine, the bathroom sink backed up and hair/ yellow water came back up. Also blood on a pillow and bed sheet. The walls were not sound proof so it was hard to sleep as we heard everything.
