We had ants in our room. When we told employees they didn’t offer to do anything. We ended up asking for a broom and raid to take care of it ourselves. I would have spent more money for a better place if I had known that but not being familiar with the area I went with closest place to venue.

Liked: Like the location not far away from elevators and view over city where the moon is.
Disliked: Only thing there was no ice bucket in room to fill.

Disliked: Location is downtown so with that being said, it brings in some not so great people from the area. The rooms weren’t the cleanest but beds/linens were great and fresh. Breakfast was basically just microwave sandwiches/cereal/pancakes.
