Disliked: Said that there was a pool nut there was not

Disliked: Even though the room was paid for in advance when I checked in I was told that I had to pay a $100.00 deposit on the room and that I should receive my deposit back in 7 to 10 business days.

Liked: Location
Disliked: The was room dirty sheets are stained. We found an old used bandaid in them,and the television did not work. The staff was rude. Did not appreciate it at all.

Liked: How clean it was
Disliked: Not enough blankets

Liked: The Indian elephants on the counter.
Disliked: Breakfast offered was a bowl of cereal, half gallon of milk, and a jug of apple juice. They are too cheap to even make coffee. The shower head was at shoulder level. Walls very thin, had to run fan for noise suppression. Watching for deposit return!

Liked: I didnt have to stay there.
Disliked: Staff was rude and conacending in regards to me

Liked: Nothing. I felt uncomfortable staying but had no chose. I did call your help line and they called the front desk at the hotel but no one answered so she asked me to call back in an hour, which I didnt do because needed to return my rental.
Disliked: The front staff was not pleasant. He stated there was no breakfast, no pool or hot tub, no shuttle to the airport. In the morning I had to walk 1/2 mile to the airport. There were few guest and the place felt scary.

Liked: It was very quiet and clean.
Disliked: The guy at the front desk was a little rude. And the shower head was low.
