We had an amazing time!

Liked: Loved that the pool was open late. My kids had such a good time and we weren't limited to early pool times. The continental breakfast was amazing, way more than i expected.
Disliked: The only thing I could possibly critique is the heater in the room. It was hard to get it to a comfortable temperature. It was either very hot, or very chilly. But we were fine!

I was there for a...

Liked: I liked the room and amenities OK, continental breakfast was quite good!
Disliked: The TV didn't work (constant pixilation) two of the three nights. Didn't get a wake-up call two nights (the first was particularly troubling), No maid service (by policy) proved to be disappointing as the trash accumulated quickly, and the towels needed replacing (this policy should have been info available online). Very noisy the last night

Stay away. Better options in...

Liked: The first room had a horribly strong smell like cat pee. Requested a different room after my son's athma flared up due to the smell.The second room had water pouring from the handle spout and the room was very musty. Assuming mold behind the shower wall. The heat was on high all night to get the room to a comfortable temperature.The hot tub was broken, and had a horrible film on the top and was murky. Clearly not clean. Half the lighting in the pool area was burnt out. Very poor up keep.
Disliked: poor temperature regualtion in the roomHallways were freezingHottub dirty and brokenbad lighting in pool area and room.
