Clean room; free internet; the room we were in was quiet and the price was reasonable. Overall, a good value for the money.

Disliked: Overall, the breakfast left a little to be desired. Eggs were tasteless and the meat was so thin it wasn't worth picking out of the warmer. However, the coffee was good.

Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: I paid for a suite but ended up with a regular because there were no suites left after I had to exchange rooms because of the blood-stained bio hazard looking mattress in room 414. Everything is a little beat up, and the single elevator makes odd noises. Decor sense is lacking. Too short curtains did not block out all the sun. Queen size bed, standard size tiny pillows.

Liked: Location to the alerus center was perfect.
Disliked: The lock on our door was broken; so the extra security feeling wasn’t there. The attached pizza joint was disgusting and dirty.

Disliked: I understand supply and demand but the room prices were just ridiculous. They have on the back of the door the maximum charge is 299 they went around and covered that with a sticker of a higher amount. Definitely not worth the money they decided to charge for the night.

Disliked: We arrived at the hotel and was informed of not one room reserved but two. Apparently, one was reserved back in March and the other in August. Coincidently, both reservations for the same type of room..... one king... We paid for both rooms. We were informed that we would have to take it with the booking companies....

Disliked: Hot tub was cold. Pool was very warm and very dirty. Looked like dogs were allowed to swim in the pool. The entire pool area smelled like wet dog.
