Liked: Decent hotel clean and in working order they charge your credit card an extra $100 for possible damages it's in the fine print we left it perfect hope I get my $100 back

Disliked: The mattress had sunk in light bulbs burnt out phone cord would not stay in phone kept ringing I got hurt needed assistance called desk from cellphone could not get them to help.

DISGUTING, BED BUGS, HORRIBLE STAFF

Disliked: It was filthy!!!! Our first room, we had to be moved due to bed bugs in which I def took pics and they have a no refund policy. The men who work the front desk are absolutely horrible! And talk nasty! I am a travel nurse and was taken back by this horrible behavior. The over all cleanliness of this property is ZERO!!! Many living in rooms, partying, couples fighting, I could literally go on. 0/10 on EVERYTHING! I made a report to the BBB
