Disliked: The elevator felt a bit like it wasn't sure it wanted to work correctly, so we took the stairs, but it is good exercise.

Clean and pleasant updated room....

Liked: The room was updated, comfortable and clean.
Disliked: The pool area was not clean, especially the shower and there was never any one at the desk nor did they ever answer the phone when called from the room. Didn't eat there because the food had too much sugar in everything that was offered.

Liked: The breakfast was good. The room was clean and bed was comfy.
Disliked: The room had a smell when we entered. It was the bathtub drain that had not been run in a while and had a smell. We ran the water in the tub and it went away. I don't particularly appreciate being forced to watch Fox (not news) during breakfast.

Liked: Location close to family, easy access.
Disliked: Room not clean, men’s dirty underwear from previous person found in the room. I let the front desk know about the room conditions, no offer was made by them to clean the room or offer a different room, they didn’t seem to care. Bath tub and shower curtain dirty. Trash cans at entrance overflowing with garbage not emptied for days. Elevator floor coffee spilled as well as other stains not cleaned for days. I’m not sure if the front desk staff stay at this hotel, but two of them had a room on the second floor, they were acting suspicious. The only good thing was a housekeeper named Patty, she actually cared, she had heard our conversation and made us feel much better, she was the only one we allowed to clean the room, very sweet lady. She was the only reason we continued to stay. The rest of the staff could learn from her.
