Girl behind counter didn't even...

Disliked: Got to the Baymont ,asked if I could book with the priceline price which was lower the girl behind the desk just looked at me and told me it would be over$ 100. I said can I book the reservation myself .she was absolutely NO HELP,as it turned out the booking went to the wrong Baymont dn.the street and not the one I was at.AGAIN she was ABSOLUTELY NO HELP.i walked out and immediately called your hotline and canceled my reservation so I would not be charged. And went across the street, where I was greeted pleasantly and given a great room for the the price I had.If this is how Baymont treats its guest after a very long day of travel I WILL NEVER STAY AT ANY OF YOUR INN'S .SO DISRESPECTFUL!!!

Disliked: Table in room was an ironing board ( clerk said room had a table). No hot water in shower. People sitting on stairs-felt unsafe

Relaxing one night stop!

Liked: Bed was so comfortable, I didn’t want to get up. Great water pressure.
Disliked: We had a jetted tub but couldn’t get the plug to stay in to use it.
