Parking lot not plowed well - very icy. Sidewalks were the same way.

Disliked: Door was not fitting well - you could see around the door and into the room.

Disliked: The bathroom was clean but the bath tub had a lot of mold in it.

Liked: The pool closed early and I asked for an extended stay due to my mom having surgery and never got a response but other than that it was a good stay!! Breakfast was great!

Disliked: very weird that there are non working doors. made me feel very uncomfortable. I know there is one at the pool that said use other door and one at the side entrance. I thought that was just very odd and non safe. walking into the room there was a weird smell.

Liked: The indoor pool looked nice. We didn't use it, but it looked like a nice spot.
Disliked: Check in procedure. Why would I remote check in on my phone, provide my DL, everything and then have to provide my DL to a staff person and wait 5 minutes to check in anyway? Online, advanced check in was basically worthless. Continental breakfast......my son and I were in town for a wrestling tournament. Weigh ins at 7 am. We went to grab a small bite and some coffee at the breakfast area but it was dark at 6:45 am. I know I had looked at the day/time sign and it said 6 am. Upon VERY close up inspection, someone had taken a sharpie pen and faintly wrote a "7" over the "6" on the sign.
