Parking lot not plowed well - very icy. Sidewalks were the same way.

Liked: The gentleman that checked us in was very nice.
Disliked: Room was freezing upon entering. Suite room, heat had no vents to go into area with couch or in bathroom. Very cold and took a long time get it wared up, never did get bathroom warmer.Breakfast was poor. Yes, they had gravy, scrambled eggs and sausage, was par for quality. Pool was to cold for older patrons to go in.The gentleman that checked us in was very nice. Our TV didn't work he came immediately to check it out. Too bad we didn't have him look at referagator, as in the morning we discovered pur left over food was ruined as it wasn't cold at all..
