Treated bad discretely discriminatory remarks

Liked: When I arrived to check in I paid with my Visa card and put my deposit on my cash app card so I asked When will I get my deposit back? How long will it take? The manager told me it could take up to 14 days I said that’s really ridiculous. Working days you’re taking my money and holding it for 14 days as a deposit I said that doesn’t sound right that’s the way it is she said and if you don’t like it, you can go somewhere else That’s the way she talked to me the whole time I stood there, though she was very nasty and rude so it is now April 13 and my day was March 10 and I still haven’t gotten back my $98 for my deposit so I don’t know what they’re doing trying to do but trying to steal that’s trying to do because that’s what they would be doing so I left the room in perfect condition. There’s nothing they can say unless they accept it, but I wouldn’t put it past them But my stay at this hotel we’re off. I’m staying at a beautiful hotel next-door. That has wonderful service wonderful people working here that are happy to work. Here is extreme place and they just treat everybody appropriately. That’s all I have to say.

Liked: The Location was perfect closed to restaurant and shopping areas. I didn't get breakfast from the hotels its self.
Disliked: The bathroom is too crowded and small, and the bed mattresses need to be replaced—they make a lot of squeaky noise.

Disliked: Try sitting on the toilet in that unit. It is a joke. The beds were horrible, and I woke up the next morning with wells on my body. The air conditioner sounded like a plane taking off.
