Liked: Nothing I didn't even check in.
Disliked: Jacuzzi not working and neither was the elevator. The girl at front desk was new but chewed on her tongue while typing and then told me 3 rd floor no elevator I immediately cancelled.

Disliked: We were ask to leave a $200 deposit for each room (I had 2 rooms)CASH. We were just traveling with just cards. The guy at the front desk actually said he did not care after explaining to him I was traveling alone with my girls . Hot tub was green and filthy it looked like it had been like that for months. The pool was filthy.

Disliked: No breakfast, did not notify when reserving. Elevator failed Sunday, no repair. No towel, room service, Sunday. Desk clerks nice, but Supervisor non responsive.

Disliked: Manager/ owner refused me, cancelled my reservation for price gouging!!

They gave away my reservation...

Liked: Absolutely nothing! Very unhelpful- gave my reservation away and blamed it on the “website I booked through” said they “over booked me and to take it up with them.”
Disliked: Not helpful. Dishonest. Wouldn’t take any accountability. Let me and family out during the hurricane with no where to go, even though I booked 3 days in advance.
