Bad hotel stay!!

Liked: My room was clean. The Continental breakfast had a variety of choice. Which was good
Disliked: Well Sunday October 6th received a paper notice about a sewer pipe needing fixed. So the water was to be shut off for like 5 hours and if you needed to use the restrooms you had to use the lobby restrooms Which are on the first floor and my room was on the second floor. Mine you I'm a legally blind person with a Grandson who was with me on my stay that is disabled and for Us to have to go up and downstairs to use the restroom was not Right and on top of that if you needed to take shower You had to go to the third floor and use one of the 3 rooms that were reserved just for that purpose So I ended up checking out the next day because the broken pipe issue was still not fixed and lobby staff were unsure about when the pipe was going to be fixed.
