Grest staff snd very clean...

Liked: Staff were fabulous, it was very clean
Disliked: Heater in the room was on the wall 12 inches away from the bed. Where you lay your head. Minus 36 and every time the Heater went on we woke up. The room was really meant for a single person. No night table on one side or light.

Booking.com uses an unfair deceptive...

Liked: Did not have breakfast
Disliked: Parking at front of building was very limited (only about 6 stalls) A parkade was available but my pickup truck would not fit.Biggest issue was booking.com! Deceptive ++. States no payment required until check-in, but required credit card to confirm booking,THEN said my booking was non-refundable. so when I arrived, no parking available for my pickup, but a non-refundable booking, so had to park on a dark street around the block. I had no alternative. I will no longer use booking.com. The statement "no payment until arrival implies that once I arrive I can decide whether or not to pay for my stay, and in this case I would have not stayed there!!

Liked: Amazing staff, underground parking, clean rooms, delicious breakfast, balcony, spacious rooms. One of the best hotel experiences.
