Overall a horrible stay; beds were hard; desk staff were very rude. Asked about the pool and was told it would be open when they ordered water, but I was welcome to dive in.

Liked: Breakfast was great; the gentleman who made breakfast made sure everyone was happy.
Disliked: Rude customer service; dirty rooms.

The hotel was clean and very well priced. The room didn't have towels and the staff seemed to be put out when I asked for some. Location was very good for the Renfest.

Liked: The beds were clean and we slept very well. We requested more linens and pillows and were brought to us right away. The staff who checked us in and the staff preparing waffles and pancakes were very polite and accomodating.
Disliked: The bathroom tub and floor were dirty. The hair dryer had glue or mousse on it. The windows in our room and the main entrance were splattered with some sticky substance. There was no coffee, sugar, or creamer. The toilet did not work properly and had to be adjusted each time it was used.

Horrible, filthy experience

Disliked: Rooms were filthy, Halls were Filthy, cockroach crawling down filthy shower. Shower Drain clogged with Hair. Handle on Bathroom busted couldn’t close door.vending machines not stocked. Couldn’t even get a bottle of water.
