Disappointed

Liked: Always stay there but they have gone down hill. Breakfast not as good, and hardly any TV channels and guy at front desk was a bit rude about it. Used to be a great place to stay but I think I'll be trying out other places. 1

Disliked: The charges me an extra 100 bucks and refuses to give it back to me

Too noisy

Liked: It was ok. Obviously older facility. I was on the side of the interstate so I was not able to sleep more than a couple of hours due to the traffic noise.

Liked: The staff was excellent and location
Disliked: The fact someone had smoked in the room and the machine and chemicals use brought on my son in laws asthma and bronchitis

Liked: The location was great the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable on different things.
Disliked: Well we rented two rooms the queen room the hot water did not work in the shower, the iron was broken ,the coffee pot did not work the carpet was dirty in different areas I did notice they were upgrading some of the rooms.they had used an ozone cleaner and it was to much for my son in law set his asthma and breathing got worse but we felt with it also could not get the heater to work till the next day had to cut off waited till the next morning it reset it’s self some how

Liked: The room had amazing lightening. The comfort was top notch
Disliked: I didn't appreciate the smell of cigarettes in the hallway. I expected better, considering they had a no-smoke policy.

CLEANEST and BEST hotel in...

Liked: The room was CLEAN as was the BATHROOM. PLENTY of THICK, CLEAN TOWELS. Bed was VERY comfortable, sheets were CRISP and CLEAN. Hotel is located on VERY busy HIGHWAY and side street, so I asked for and was given a room on the BACKSIDE of the hotel where it was quiet. Requested a 2AM Wake-UP CALL for early FLIGHT and NEVER RECEIVED WAKE UP CALL. I found Front Desk clerk SLEEPING instead of giving me the WAKE UP CALL I had requested. Fortunately, I had set my watch and was up in time to catch my flight.
Disliked: MAKE SURE when a Guest asks for a WAKE UP CALL you CALL the Guest as requested! DON'T SLEEP when you should be WORKING!
