Liked: The jetted tub was amazing!!! Very well worth it!
Disliked: It says check out time is 12 pm its not. They come knocking on the door at 11:05 saying check out is at 11. Might need to update that.

Disliked: Having to check in every time I extended my stay , even though I kept the same room. Housekeeping only came every other day.

Disliked: Still waiting on my deposit refund they charged.

Liked: The location was great. Right in the middle of town. The staff was kind at check in. The hotel lobby was mostly clean and the room were cleaned wonderfully. They had several bed protectors on the bed and the beds were super comfortable.
Disliked: There were a lot of repairs needed in the room. Broken lock and latch on the bathroom door, broken shower tiles, etc. The towels in the bathroom are TINY. Breakfast was minimal with no fruit or cold foods.

Disliked: Their unwavering commitment to not giving refunds.

Liked: Everyone on staff was very friendly and very helpful. The hotel was very clean, the beds were so comfortable. I really enjoyed my week there. I would definitely stay there again.
