Eau Claire weekend

Liked: bed was comfortable, was mostly clean, room rate was affordable
Disliked: pillows were horrible, grout in shower needs attention, not quite you could hear road traffic and people next to us, no bathroom counter space, the building is old and it looks it remodel is ok done

Hotel needs a refresh.

Liked: Breakfast selection was ok. Staff was friendly and worked hard to keep up with all the guests.
Disliked: Hotel was dated. No USB ports in rooms. Breakfast area quite small and not good flow for people to get food.

Disappointing

Disliked: The bed was made with stained sheets. I mentioned this at checkout, and was waived away by the desk assistant.
