Liked: The location was okay Walmart across the street and in uptown to be a district that is the only thing good about this hotel
Disliked: Although I have stayed here in the past and I have an experienced what I did this time around I did not even get to stay here because the staff were so disrespectful and rude refused to help. After we have to go to booking.com to my account to change the name of the guest The guy just got irritated because I had to do some fixes and pretty much just told us to leave as so did the manager they said "You know what you guys just leave" The man at the front desk had called his manager which was his - MOM - WHEN WE ASK TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER! The man at the front desk was veryyy high he wouldn't stop moving his mouth he didn't have no time for us he didn't want to help us and he knew he could get away with it because the manager was his mom. He chose to call the assistant manager AKA his mom instead of the real manager so if this CEO sees this we're very very very very disappointed The workers at Baymont didn't even have access to the booking.com account because they have forgot their passwords had to call booking.com to reset it probably because they were too high to remember it. Remind you as I was transferring over my $100 deposit to a card that had the right guest name on it after already have to change it It took me a minute and the guy must have wanted to go do some more crack because he said just leave.

Liked: I thought it was ok until they accused us of smoking in the room and refused to refund our $100.00 incident deposit. I will NEVER stay there again or recommend them. What they did is bullshit and considered theft.
Disliked: Refer to above statement. They should be shut down. Must be hard up for money since this dive didn't have any guests really. I'm going to report them to the BBB

Liked: The food was pretty good. Children liked the pool. The location was in a good spot.
Disliked: Staff was very rude and not the nicest. The pool is very tiny and meant only for children. It is very shallow. The rooms are mediocre and not the cleanest.
