Liked: lady at check-in was not helpful at all, i had arrived late due to flight delays. she mentioned there was no room available even the room was booked.i had sent prior message to hotel I might arrive late

Liked: I like the ease of checking in and out with the very nice staff.
Disliked: The hotel is showing wear and tear. The carpets have stains on them and the desk is pretty banged up. We’ve stayed here a few times in the past years and so we noticed. Also the room comes with No water, no cups and few towels.
