Liked: Great location and the room for the most part was clean. We asked for a room with a spa bath and it seemed to be a bit dirty. I ended up cleaning it myself before using it.
Disliked: The hot breakfast was often cold and we always needed to reheat the food. Also, we used the hotel shuttle to take us to dinner - the driver and two of the hotel employees were extremely unprofessional!

Worst stay ever in one...

Disliked: Hot tube not working! Told front desk my refrigerator wasn't working early Sat morning. Never sent anybody to check it out until I told them again after 7:00 PM Sat evening. It turned it wasn't plugged in. That could easily been taken care of in the morning! The room was never tidy up after Fri night! The breakfast needed more than bean and Chile burrito as a hot option.

Disliked: Bathroom needs attention/updating. Loose toilet, pealing paint on walls, rusted fixtures. Water faucets on opposite. Cold is hot, hot is cold. Room overall just looked beat. Dirt and grime everywhere. Coffee maker was dirty. Floor was dirty too.
