Pleasant

Liked: The orange juice wasn't ready in the morning because it was frozen.
Disliked: The front desk at Chek in was rude and the shuttle driver show up at the airport after an hour while we were waiting under frozen temperature

Liked: I had to wait for over 40 minutes for the shuttle at the airport. The staffs were unfriendly. the walking hall smelled very uncomfortable

Stressful.

Disliked: Asked for extra pillows at front desk, was reassured they would call or bring them up and never received them. No fridge or microwave in room to heat up or store my own food. The lights worked only if you used the key card in the wall a certain way, no where for my partner and I to sit together to eat dinner. Received a check in text where I checked in fully and was told at front desk that didn’t go through, I also received multiple texts asking if I needed anything to just reply to the message, which I did and there was never a response or assistance in response to those.

Good value for money and...

Liked: Good location with free airport transportation. Good value for money and breakfast included.
Disliked: The card reader of the swimming pool doesn't work and the swimming pool looked not clean.
