I expected more from a...
Liked: Nothing except the helpfulness of the person working the front desk.The young lady working on 2/5/25 around 7pm was amazing.
Disliked: The property needs work. I expected more from the Wyndham. The room was not clean. It had a smell and so did the hotel. We were switched to another room and the heat/air didnt work. The room had a smell as well. The beds were hard and very uncomfortable. The vending machine took my money without giving me the product. Wasn’t able to get the money back.

Great landing spot for Denver...
Liked: Late night arrival for flight interruption.Close to the airport.. easily identifiable shuttle service.. on projected time. Arriving without luggage and nice ammenities in room.
Disliked: Everything good.

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and...
Liked: 24 hour shuttle to/from the airport and last minute booking was a huge plus. Never stayed at a Baymont hotel before and was pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms are… I will definitely book Baymont’s in the future. The breakfast was very good too!

Terrible with Unfriendly staff
Liked: The location was fine, close to airport for a one night stay.
Disliked: We booked this hotel because they offered a free shuttle pick up from the airport, this being quite useful for us with young kids and lots of luggage. The shuttle said it run every 30 mins until 8.30pm. We landed at 4.30pm and waited over an hour and a half for the shuttle, seeing all the other hotels pick up there guests. It was cold and we had two young kids, so in the end decided to get an uber. When we got to the reception the lady was quite rude, and lied to us about the shuttle service said they were out picking people up, when the shuttle was parked out the front. This was very frustrating for us as a family travelling with kids. The fact the staff lied and were not apologising at all made us think they didn't really care, absolutely no customer service at all. There breakfast was also terrible, there are quite alot of hotels around this area so I suggest not using this one.
