Would not stay here again.

Liked: Breakfast was terrible. No fruit or yogurt. Stale doughnuts and stale brown bread.
Disliked: We are seniors with pets and asked for a room on the first floor for convenience of unpacking and taking the dogs out. We are given a room on the third floor which was inconvenient to us.

It was cheap and what...

Liked: It was cheap. The pillows were comfortable. There were no bed bugs.
Disliked: The tub was dirty and didn't look like it had been cleaned well. The soap dish had dried soap in it from ages ago. The towels were thin and tiny. One was just a little bigger than a hand towel. There was only 1 hand towel. The linens had black pieces of something and crumbs on them, so I slept on top of the covers. I doubt the linens were even changed. The pillow cases looked clean.

Would have loved the stay...

Liked: The room was clean and tidy. The staff offered another room. I looked at it. The thermostat was working in that room and the temperature was 42 degrees. By this time, the original room had been heating for about 25 minutes. I kept the original room. I appreciate the offer to give me another room. I slept well in this room.
Disliked: The room was cold when I entered. Low 40 degrees. The wall thermostat was missing/broken. The light switch as you entered the door did not work. The carafe for the coffee machine was missing. There is a fair amount of traffic noise since the rooms are close to the highway. I was tired and it didn't bother me much but might be an issue for others.

Never again will I ever...

Liked: Absolutely NOTHING… horrible experience
Disliked: I reserved an accessible room bc I use a wheelchair, the room was not accessible and my chair would not fit past the tv dresser and end of bed. The front desk told me all the rooms are the same and they don’t have accessible rooms. I definitely reserved a king accessibility room and even showed pics of the room online. I could not stay there not being able to get around the room, especially to the bathroom. The room didn’t have bath towels, soap, cups, ice bucket and kleenex box was empty.

Liked: It was close to where we were visitingclose to stores and restaurantsprice was right for two nights
Disliked: They were working on the room below us till 11:00 at nightyou could smell the marijuana smoke in the hallway strongkey card didn't work have the timesheets had blood stains on them sheets and bedspread had burn holes in themroom could have been cleaned and prep betterhad an in-room coffee maker but no coffee or cups

disappointing stay!

Liked: location and staff were just okay really. nothing else was good about this facility
Disliked: the doors deadbolt was broken the room was so cold no matter how much we adjusted the thermostatthe room above was so noisy we were kept awake alrightthe fridge in the room made noises that was so annoying breakfast was suppose to be included so at 8 am we went and discovered. 5 slices of bread and 2 small muffins. seriously ??? very bad. this is the 2 nd time we visited this facility and was hoping the 2nd visit would be better than the first experience but it was not. booking .com should remove this facility from its list of hotels. i paid same price elsewhere and received 100 x better facility and service.
