disappointing stay!

Liked: location and staff were just okay really. nothing else was good about this facility
Disliked: the doors deadbolt was broken the room was so cold no matter how much we adjusted the thermostatthe room above was so noisy we were kept awake alrightthe fridge in the room made noises that was so annoying breakfast was suppose to be included so at 8 am we went and discovered. 5 slices of bread and 2 small muffins. seriously ??? very bad. this is the 2 nd time we visited this facility and was hoping the 2nd visit would be better than the first experience but it was not. booking .com should remove this facility from its list of hotels. i paid same price elsewhere and received 100 x better facility and service.

Liked: It was conscience to our events.
Disliked: There was no Towels in the rooms;the room was filthy, no clean sheets; they did not clean the room while we were there. If I hadn’t brought my own big towels to be able to dry off with I’ll be wet after the shower. Thank God I brought my own cleaning supplies.

Liked: I could not really rate your property in the positive. In fact I could not stay at your property. The room was smelly and the bedding was stained. So I opted to cancel my stay. After I cancelled my stay I learned that they still charged my card for 137.34, so no I am not pleased with your property.
Disliked: I did not like the room at all

Disliked: Plumbing was the worst part of our stay. There was no coffee maker as advertised nor ice bucket.

Disliked: Room very bad smell. I checked out one day before. They are holding my money for one day

Liked: Close to the expressway
Disliked: Shower was dripping. Toilet bowl was flushing water on his own every 10 minutes. Bed was tilled on one side. Dirty office chair with ripped off cover. Room was smelling bad. Someone else water bottle was left behind. In general the whole place was dirty and did not worth the money
