Disliked: The pool was down. We were looking forward to using it but understood the reason why.

Stayed there for years when...

Liked: My wife had a knee replaced 2.5 weeks before our stay. When we got there we found out the elevator was not working. Our room was not on the ground floor. The receptionist listened to our concerns and immediately called a person who had been assigned a ground floor handicap room and got there permission to change rooms with us! She was so nice and understanding !
Disliked: One of the reasons we stay at this Baymount is it is next to a Cracker Barral - witch my wife really likes. It would be nice to get a discount to skip breakfast with you (which we did) and get a small discount.

Liked: The staff were nice
Disliked: There is no swimming pool and it is advertised as having a pool. There’s no cart to bring your belongings out and no one offers to help.

Liked: Very friendly and courteous staff. Very good breakfast. Coffee available 24 hours a day. Our remote wasn't working for tv, called front desk, staff member immediately came up and brought new remote. Very comfortable beds.

Disliked: The sound on the TV wouldn't work for awhile, but we didn't say anything. The sound did work in the morning.
