Great room for the price.

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was exceptionally clean.

Disappointing

Liked: We paid more to stay in this hotel, because, per the booking we would have a nice pool and hot tub. Per arriving, the pool was closed by the health department. I feel that this is something that should have been communicated before hand. I could have stayed anywhere else cheaper. After checking into our room, we realized we didn't have towels or rags and had to go to the front desk. They only had a limited amount available, which wasn't enough for our family. The walls in this place have to be paper thin because we heard everything. The people above us had to have been river dancing all night because it was so insanely loud we couldn't sleep. We tried calling the front desk a few times, no one answered so my husband had to go out in a thunderstorm at 10:45pm to go say something to the front desk. The room itself was nice, but a little outdated. The wall plugs were old and loose, we had a hard time keeping things plugged in, which seems like a fire hazzard.

Disliked: We would have liked to have known the pool was closed by health dept before arriving. Indoor pool was one of the amenities we chose this hotel for. Breakfast was as expected though it would have been nice to have the tv on for local weather or just noise in general. It was very quiet and awkward as everyone was listening to our conversation.
