Guest services needs customer service training. Guests entering the hotel or exiting should always be greeted.

Disliked: Staff very unfriendly.

Over all we hand a...

Liked: The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful!
Disliked: Flushing of toilet several times to get it to go down.

I would stay again but...

Liked: The workers were wonderful
Disliked: I paid more for a basic 2 queen bed room and my family paid less and they had a big privet room with a living room and a whole lot of room
