Guest services needs customer service training. Guests entering the hotel or exiting should always be greeted.

Disliked: Roaches everywhere. I woke up Saturday morning to over 10 small roaches in my suit case. They got into our drinks. They were in the shower, walls, ceiling, everywhere. The receptionist Saturday night was not very try professional.

Liked: The property manager, David Brown, had failed to refund my stay from Sept 3 , 2024. But on Sept 2, he confirmed that I would get a refund for 1 night stay. I did not stay at the property due to the bugs in my room. I only stayed one night at 5 the property, but However, they were paid for 2 nighr feom SePT 2 thru Sep4 2024. After receiving confirmation from the property manager himself and the confirmation email from the booking stating david will also return my refund yet it still has not been processed. I have sent 17 emails, 14 phone calls, and 3 visits to the location, including speaking to him in person and still have not received my refund from September of 2024. However, David's manager, who is the owner, has not followed up in regards to this issue either. The amount of unprofessional that property is conducting. I have spoken with David in person and over the phone. AFTER AAnly agreeing to give me a REFUNd foe 1 night Stay when I paid for 2 nights. I still have not received my refund nor no contact attempt from the Msnager. But I do have the proof that the bug was in my room, then for the manager to tell EVERY hotel has bugs in their ROOMS. I also returned to the PROPERTY in person again on Oct 7, 2024, and spoke with staff. And advise that they had no CONTACT info for David Manager, but as a Customer, I am the one being inconvenient due to the LIE and lack of professionalism that this property is conducting
