Liked: I loved that everyone there was so friendly, and responded quickly. They adjusted to everything I needed. Amazing experience!
Disliked: The room was tidy, but the beds looked a little bit untidy, and a couple of lightbulbs needed replacement. Other than that, everything else was great!

Liked: I chose this hotel because of the location and price. The staff was very nice upon check in. The layout and space of the room was great.
Disliked: The room was really gross. There were bugs crawling around everywhere and there was an unknown substance on several walls that I was trying to convince myself was Ketchup. The carpet was also rather dirty.

It was OK, the best...

Liked: The room itself was comfortable and thankfully it had an ADA toilet.
Disliked: The breakfast area was a dismal failure, understanding that the hotel is used by a lot of construction people, there is still the need to keep it clean and the food hot, should be at least 140 degrees, which the hot plates did not do. Napkins to level the tables is just wrong. Let alone the messy drink station, never saw any staff come in and tidy up or restock. Still waiting for my "incidental" charges to be returned. Quick to take, but not to return.
