It was dirty and crawling...

Liked: The light in the bathroom and above the vanity didn't work at first but the front desk guy came and replaced light bulbs. We were getting situated and noticed a roach in front of the TV, we killed it and took into consideration we were in Florida and roaches are everywhere but we opened the drawer on the dresser and they were roaches running all over in the drawer so we decided we were not staying in that room. We went to the front desk and the employee acted like this was no surprise and asked if we would like to move rooms and we were like there is probably roaches in other rooms and he said no your room is the only one anyone has ever complained about bugs being in and as he was trying to convince us to just switch rooms I saw a roach walk across the counter and we said we just wanted a refund
