It was a good stay,...

Liked: Location was great, right off highway, room was comfortable
Disliked: Chair in room was filthy, would not sit on that- needs replaced! TV channels didn’t work

Disliked: Lady working the front desk should not be speaking to the public!!! This is our 2nd year staying here and she has the personality of a car crash! Also, they do not accept cash payments. Again, 2nd time here and both times I was told they didnt have change if I paying with cash. They used the exact same excuse 2 yrs in a row. “Someone just paid with a $100 bill and wiped us out.” I find it incredible that a national hotel chain is unwilling to accept cash payments and use ridiculous excuses to cover for that.
