Great hotel that sits far enough off the road where traffic noise is at a minimal. Very clean room that DID NOT have that typical musty smell that even most higher end hotels have. Loved the small semi private balconies with sliding glass doors for sitting outside. Great view of the mountains, and the price was much less than others that could not offer all that. The staff was friendly and helpful. The one downside was the super bright light on the patio that could not be blocked by the light dampening curtains. I woke several times thinking it was full daylight which made for a not so restful night. Those lights need an off switch and the stay would have been great and this would have been a 5 star review. I will stay here again, but really hope that someone from the hotel sees this and does something about the overly bright lights.

Liked: Hotel room was very clean; staff was friendly and helpful. I have a hang up about non smoking rooms still smelling as if someone had smoked there, or at least smelling musty. This was not a problem, the room smelled clean. Excellent view and I loved the small semi private balconies with chairs for sitting outside.
Disliked: This is usually the bad for most hotels, but this is the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. The light on the private balcony was so bright that I woke at numerous times thinking it was morning already. Yes there are room darkening curtains, but they do not hug the wall/window enough to block the light.

Liked: The property was in a safe area and it was extremely clean and convenient and the breakfast was very good.. There was nothing I didn’t like about it and there was a Mexican restaurant that was right across the street… the rooms were very nice
Disliked: For some people, maybe they would like to have more restaurants nearby.. but I’d rather be in a safe area and I highly recommend it… there may have been some more restaurants, but I didn’t take the time to look after a long trip The hallways were a little dark …

Liked: Not carpeted in room . Towels were rough and very small. Looked very old. We liked the balcony. The mattress had massive stains looked really gross. I always check for bed bugs which is how I saw the mattress. Parking lot was very loud. Car alarms going off people talking. We will not stay at this hotel in the future.

Liked: Shuttle 24 hrs.
Disliked: Need hand rails in shower.All appliances were unplugged and required moving cabinet to access outlets.Batteries were in backwards in TV remote.

Disliked: challenging to open handicap door on ground floor, couldn't open from the inside around 6pm trying to hold open for my husband with roller buggy. Major rain storms and heavy rain. before power when out during the middle of night. Still couldn't open from inside on sunday moring to check out. Told people at desk about this. Also beds are so high that if you sit on the edge put put shoes on you keep sliding of the bed.
