The facility is in dire...

Liked: The staff tried to help and were professional,kind and friendly.
Disliked: The coffee pit had not been cleaned,was not used correctly previously and spewed boiling water from the top without making any coffee,the hairdryer was broken- heated up,didn’t produce air,began to spark,blew fuse,cockroach in the room,trash from previous person in room under bed and behind side table,clock didn’t work,water on walkways from heat/cooler units caused concern for falls

We were grieving from loss...

Liked: The bed was big and comfortable and the people were nice.
Disliked: We had to change rooms3 times the first one they were still fixing on the toilet and left dirty towel in the bathroom the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking and the towels in the bathroom were soaked, and the ac didn’t work. 2nd room wasn’t clean and maintenance was in there lamps didn’t work no phone 3 rd room the ac worked the heat didn’t the hot water in the shower barely worked. No phone button on lamp didn’t work left tools in the room.
