We would definitely stay at this hotel again! It was a great experience and the rate was good.

Liked: From checking in to checking out was a 10. The clerk's, room, most of all safety.

After checking in to our room we were greeted with roaches. The guy at the front desk gave us a new room but I didn't sleep too well.

Liked: Customer service.
Disliked: They had roaches.

The sink was blocked; the side door did not work.

Liked: The room.
Disliked: No micowave.

Disliked: No patio chairs for the balcony.

Disliked: Newsmax was playing in lobby during breakfast. I admit that I am on the other end of the political spectrum. It was loud and there was no place to sit in the lobby to get away from it. A more neutral choice of news or the weather channel would have been better.

It's was not good for...

Disliked: We had to walk down long hall and didn't get a handicap room. Then we have no TV. To watch and the the bathroom was not handicap or the shower either thanks for letting take part to questions to our stay.

Disliked: The water was way too hot, it said free breakfast but only Continental breakfast. Roaches in the room and long black hair on the pillows. I have pictures. When asked the rude man at the front desk for a corporate phone number he told me to google it! I'd like to have my money back, a disgusting place to stay!
