Don't stay here if you come from out of town. Rude to people from out of town.

Disliked: Rude people behind desk. And having some other people trying to come into my room while I'm sleeping.

Disliked: Hotel was overbooked through booking.com. Had to stay in a room with a king bed. I was offered to go to an alternative site but didn't want too. Air in room didn't work and breakfast was almost non existent.

Disliked: Arrived late at night with confirmed booking. There was no one at the desk. Greeted with sign that says back in 15 min. Ok it’s late night clerk probably doing rounds. 15 minutes pass and no clerk so I call the hotel thinking they may have a phone with them. Nope just rang out. 35 minutes later car drives up and man gets out reading of smoke though the hotel has no smoking policy on the website. He then grabs a chair from the dining area and takes it to the front desk and uses it as a step ladder to climb over the front desk. Turns out he is the night attendant and checks me in. My 3 kids who I was travelling with then needed to woken up as they fell asleep during the 40 minutes it took for the staff to arrive. Halls were dirty and smelly with an Odor of mole. Room had only towels for 2 despite a booking for 4 people. Breakfast is continental and very basic. Avoid this hotel as others available on the same street

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Our bathroom door was half off the hinges, the second floor smelled like marijuana, there was no break placed out. Had a maid telling us at 10:10 we needed to be out the room when check out is for 11.
