Easy access location for reliable...

Liked: location; staff members were pleasant; room was clean and tidy; free breakfast
Disliked: no coffeemaker in the room; bed was very hard; needed more pillows; only 2 towels in a room with 4 people; signs of wear on the furniture; breakfast (and coffee) were not ready at 7:00am
