Disliked: Front desk personnel was not friendly or personable at all. When I arrived, what appeared to be a homeless man sitting in the lobby told me to "push the white button" after waiting. The personnel arrived and didn't say a word, I stated my name and he then handed me the room keys and stated room number. The tile in the bathroom floor is crumbling when stepped on. The sheets are worn and dingy. I did not attempt to join the "free breakfast" based on the appearance of the entry way. I'm sure the dining experience is as uneventful as the check in. I left the facility to get coffee. When I checked out, I handed a different front desk personnel the key cards and again, nothing was said except by the "homeless appearing" man that told me the weather was cold outside as I left. Maybe give him a job if he isn't an employee there. This is not my first stay there, but the same experience! Parking lot is dimly lit as a single woman.

Disliked: The facility was not very clean and had to move 3 times to get a TV that worked. The breakfast was terrible and their was no juice. They only had decaf coffee for the rooms. Just wasn't up to standard

Liked: Staff was pleasant and apologetic.
Disliked: Air conditioner not working. Toilet needed plunging 4 times in 2 days. No pots or pans with the "full kitchenette", had to ask for towels and sheets and blanket.

Good

Liked: The breakfast was ok. The desk clerk was nice but indifferent. The television & phone didn't work. The desk clerk said he called someone to fix the TV but that didn't happen. The room smelled musty.
Disliked: The TV could've worked. I wish it didn't smell so.
