Needs a few updates

Liked: Quiet, Very close to hospital, places to eat conveniently located near hotel.Affordable and competitive price.
Disliked: Treads in bathtub are wore out!!! I'm a handicapped person and was extremely afraid of falling while taking a shower.Carpet is really worn and needs to be replaced. It is a falling/tripping hazard. Breakfast was okay but could have used a make your own waffle machine or some other "hot" foodsBeds were not very comfortable. Lumpy and hard!Definitely in need of several updates!
