We arrived before 3pm and...

Liked: Close to shopping and the hotel had a nice swimming pool with hot tub.
Disliked: The pool was kinda cold but the kids still loved swimming.

Not impressed at all with...

Disliked: The evening staff was very rude to my family especially to my kids who are over 18. I didn't appreciate the tone of voice that the staff used with my girls and treating like they was trouble makers, when my girls were not causing any type of trouble and also kicking them out of the pool area at 11pm when the sign say 12 for adults 18 over. The gal was very rude to them, during out whole stay.
