Liked: No elevator. No one to help carry suitcase up the stairs. I'm handicapped and have just enough balance to walk. Unable to use a walker to walk down the long hall because I couldn't get it up the stairs. Felt like the man at the desk was going to beat me because I was white and a woman. I have had an encounter with him before he was very belittling to fat, old, crippled, Women's. And I plan on telling the school that I was with, not to use that facility do to the presiditial treatment I got.
Disliked: No elevator. I was unable to get my suitcase up the long stairway, and thus unable to use my walker to get down the long hallway.

Disliked: I had a king size suite & it was far from a suite. A/C didn’t work & I had been on the rd for 37 hrs I wasn’t about to leave my room.
