Travel to see family

Liked: Beds were great, staff was very helpful, breakfast was awesome
Disliked: No hand soap, light in bathroom was missing bulb, couldn't take a shower, no room keys, machine broken, chair had broken arms, no hangers for our coats, broken toilet paper holder.

Will never stay here again...

Liked: Close to home, we have no AC, heat index 102
Disliked: Was not told pool was closed until we checked in, elevator was broken so we were given ground floor, my husband is disabled, it rained so hard our room flooded, the mattress cover had stains, and 1 dead flea and what looked like flea dirt or just dirt. No AC in the main lobby.
