Disliked: Night manager was smirking when we inquired about wrong type room. Was laughing. Rude

Liked: Nothing. The pictures do not look like the property.
Disliked: The room was dirty, mold by the tub, the sheets were dirty and the GM would not refund my money because I refused to stay in a hotel that was dirty. When I was checking in, someone else complained about dirty sheets the night before.

Probably won't come back

Disliked: We had a roll away because we had 5 adults and it came with no pillow or any blanket or comforter, when we asked for a blanket at the desk we were told that you had none. My granddaughter froze. You are in the comfort service, that was terrible

Wouldn’t stay again.

Liked: The breakfast was alright. The biscuits and gravy were good.
Disliked: The elevator is loud and our room was close to it. It kinda sounded like a fog horn. Our fan option didn’t work on our air conditioner unit so we slept with the window open listening to cars on the highway. The maintenance man must just slap duct tape on it or caulks it. Breakfast was good because of the biscuits and gravy.

Disliked: Could hear everyone upstairs, the bedroom sheets were dirty, and there was a pill on the floor in our room

Liked: We were there at a very quiet time. I was slightly concerned because we were the room right next to the elevator, and we didn't hear a thing.
Disliked: The bed was kinda hard for me.
