Liked: The ladies on the day staff was wonderful!
Disliked: The 4pm and on staff was not pleasant. Everytime we went to the front desk (because the room phone didn't work) we had to hear how he was called in and it was his day off. No guest wants to hear that. No cups in room. Needed new towels in our room (housekeeping took old and didn't leave new ones) and he demanded we bring the old towels down in order to get new towels. How can we give him something we don't have?

Not happy for the money...

Liked: That I can park close to the door in the handicap spot
Disliked: Didn't like the idea that the jacuzzi really wasn't cleaned and the one light next to the bed didn't work and the microwave didn't work in our room bed was a little hard

Family get away

Liked: The location was perfect to every place we wanted to go. The hotel.was clean and the staff were very polite!
Disliked: The beds were too hard for our liking but other than that they were fine.
