Friendly staff, a place to...

Liked: I’m not sure the woman’s name but the lady who checked us in was wonderful! She came to the aid awhile later when I experienced a sudden blood sugar drop. She knew exactly what I was in need of and after some OJ I was good to go enjoy our time. Staff was great, helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Location was an inconvenience no matter what direction we left the property. There was no lawn for pets unless you went to a steep hill. Handicap parking needs doubled. We couldn’t get a spot to save our lives. Bathtubs need updated and pillows thrown out and replaced.

Good value and clean rooms

Liked: Most of all it was clean! Friendly staff.
Disliked: Ice only on floors 1&3. I don’t like the jetted tubs. I don’t feel that is sanitary.

Place will not even stand...

Liked: Breakfast was inadequate, because nothing was out to make plates. Location was kind of a pain in the butt, because you're right near the stoplight on both ends, so it's hard to get out.. Rooms were dirty, moved room. It was dirty, but the beds were clean.So we did our own sanitizing, and they said, since they couldn't get in our room to get it sanitized that they could only give us twenty dollars back. That is inadequate and not taking responsibility for your own failures.
Disliked: Breakfast not good.. cleanliness is terrible
