Best sleep ever!

Liked: Reno went above and beyond to provide me an accessible room. I had forgotten to list that need when I booked the room and would not have been able to manage the stairs. The bed was the most comfotable bed I have ever slept in, ever! Looking forward to the link to buy one just like it. Oh and the pool had a waterslide and the pool was immacualtely clean! If I could give it 20 stars I would!

Disliked: The people that would stand outside my window and play guitar, drink beers (cans on the ground), and staff that walked by without a care.

Liked: The guy working that night was very new but he was very professional and did his damnedest to not let the stress show in the morning breakfast was excellent the service was perfect I couldn't have had a better night

Great for a family looking...

Liked: Location just off the freeway is the best reason to choose this hotel. Room was clean and all as expected for this old-fashioned style hotel.Check in staff helpfully relocated us to a ground floor due to our age.
Disliked: All of the pillows were rock-hard and totally unusable - we resorted to using rolled up towels.
