Liked: No staff at the front desk

VERY Disappointed

Liked: Did not like no one being at the front desk. Wondered about security? Trouble communicating with staff cuz of language barrier. Water pressure was poor during the day. Not enough towels or pillows. Breakfast was poor, no eggs potatoes ect. Stale muffins, no butter, just whipped spread ect. Non heated pool. Water was cold. And pool needed a good cleaning. Never again. Hampton for sure next time!

Liked: Room was comfortable and clean, except No Cleaning was done one Sunday.. Staff said it was because they were short staffed.
Disliked: We booked with Wyndham because of rate included a breakfast. Not Good - No Eggs and one day no Milk for Cereal. Another day, no syrup for the waffles. No attendent there when we needed these food items. Hotel could have offered sometime in place of the eggs or even supplied eggs at the small expense the hotel would incur. No alarm available, even though the on line info should that there was one. Also, the entry rugs were not laying flat when I actually tripped on them one day. No attendent on site to take care of complaints. Had to request pool towels twice-no response the first time and then 2nd time got only one towel, when I requsted 2.
