Hotel is a little dated but our room (118) was clean. It was quiet and the staff was great. They provided free pastries, cereal and juice for breakfast. It's great for an overnight at a reasonable price.

Liked: Ease of checking in and out. Close to everything.
Disliked: Nothing.

The hallways smelled and the people next door were noisy all night long and I had a small child staying with me. It was the worst night staying in a hotel I have ever had! I called down to the front desk to ask them move us so my young child did not have to hear the noise next door and I was told it was not possible to move us - the hotel was not booked up at all! How terrible - just disgusting! We left at 6am!

Honest advertising, this isn't it.

Liked: The location was as expected. However, there was a Holiday inn that in retrospect would have been a MUCH better selection than this place. Honestly, there was nothing to like with Baymont by Windham. I'm rather shocked that Windham actually allows their name to be associated with this place.
Disliked: The room was actually smaller than the dormitory room my son has at school. And this room was supposedly available for a double occupancy. The bed is quite high, up to my hip. I'm six feet tall and getting into the bed was challenging. I have short hair, and on the toilet, there was a hair that appeared to be a foot long. I was there two nights. There was a sign stuck to the bathroom mirror that if you did NOT want the room cleaned and fresh towels, put the "do not disturb" sign on your door. I did not put that sign on the door, expecting the bed to be made, fresh towels and cleaned room. I was disappointed that nothing was done, not even the coffee service re-supplied. And with respect to the advertised breakfast, do not stay here expecting anything better than a meager continental. When I asked about eggs and bacon, the desk clerk came across as upset I would dare expect real breakfast food, pointing to the cereal, stating there is your breakfast. The TV is challenging to find any desired stations. The guide is on the TV, which when first turned on, states the signal is too weak to display any channel. I lucked out and hit the channel changer and sure enough, if you hit the channel button you can flip through the channels, but I could not find Fox news or any of the free movie channels. They might be there, but I couldn't find them. There is also no way to directly enter desired channel numbers. I chose this hotel because of the location, but after arriving, found the Holiday Inn was even better. Next time that's where I will stay, and I recommend anyone considering this Baymont to do the same...It's certainly NOT a typical Windham property.

Liked: Yes this is a budget hotel, but I usually come here once a month and the staff is always so kind and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and we always enjoy our stay here.
Disliked: Only thing is the water pressure in the shower
