Disliked: I booked with you because online it said you had a shuttle service to the airport. No shuttle service.

Liked: I was sure website stated room had refrigerator There was none. Bed was very comfortable
Disliked: Breakfast limited. Full breakfast would have been nice. Room had no refrigerator

Convenient location with fantastic staff.

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were always friendly and helpful providing directions and assistance to make my stay more enjoyable. I like that someone was available when I left at 3am to provide a final receipt. I also like the security they have where (after hours) you have to use your room key to open the door.
Disliked: I was traveling for work and often work after hours from my hotel room. For this reason, wifi is critical for me. The wifi wasn't the best and my connection seemed to drop more than I would have liked. Other than that, stay was exceptional.
