Baymont by Wyndham Bellevue - Omaha, Bellevue

The room was nice and clean; everything worked properly! We were out for most of the day and when we returned the room had been cleaned with clean sheets and towels. Breakfast was out at the time they said it would be and it was close to the Mid America Center where we where going to an event! I had a enjoyable stay. If I ever have to go back I would most definitely stay there; good rates for the room.

Extremely disappointed

Liked: I did not stay on your property.
Disliked: Upon entering our room, the walls were filthy. We paid extra for a couch that was shown on the booking but not in the room. The bed frame was sounded like it was going to fall apart when I put my bag on it. We booked a “dog friendly” room and then was charged additional fees for our dog. My husband and I turned around and left your property and booked another room in another hotel. We stay on your properties a lot when traveling and this was a horrible experience. I explained to the desk clerk I would pay for the one night to be fair but I didn’t even stay in your room.

Clean no-frills hotel.

Liked: Easy to find. Simple check in. Cheap pet fee. Comfortable bed and pillows.
Disliked: Television did not work. Breakfast was very minimal.

Liked: Ease of booking
Disliked: Canceling a reservation with out so much as a notification. According to the guy working my card "declined" and they had booked out with in an hr of me getting a notification of a "denial" which called my credit card company and was told there was never an attempt of run by this hotel just the other hotel we stayed at which had no problem with said card. I was warned when i was telling my local friend where i was staying, I was told Id be given bothing but problems here. Customer service skills definitely lack at this location.

Liked: Price and adjacent to an excellent restaurant for our evening meal. The facility and the room was clean.
Disliked: Room television did not work, so we couldn't use it. Their guest computer located near the front office did not work, the laser printer was out of ink ...unusable as well. I could not print 1 page that I needed.I contacted the front desk regarding the TV, and the evening manager attempted to fix it. Being a prior tv technician, it was clearly a problem with the backlighting LED circuit (15 yr old TV) which I informed him. He apologized and left after informing us he had no replacement.Regarding the computer/printer..he had no knowledge and could not assist.
