Messy place but good

Liked: The location
Disliked: Well, the construction was a mess. And you don’t get your complimentary breakfast.

Newly remodeled rooms were nice

Liked: It was being upgraded
Disliked: New rooms didn’t have kitchen stocked with plates, cups, utensils or complimentary coffee.

My stay was OK but...

Liked: I stayed for 2 nights while having construction done at my house. The room was clean and appeared to be recently renovated, The bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice.
Disliked: My phone was unable to connect to internet and the TV connection was spotty. The online hotel info stated that the unit had a full kitchen - it did have a microwave and a full-sized refrigerator/freezer but no ice maker. There was no coffee maker and no cups/glasses/plates/utensils. Online info could have been more accurate regarding the room amenities.

The honeymoon is definitely over!...

Liked: The kitchenette and shower nice (no kitchen supplies) king size bed upgrade was a plus. Since they didn't have a queen size bedrooms available ...
Disliked: I stayed at this same hotel back in 6/2020... it was very nice but now well it's run down like in some bad end of town situation. Shady activites and people in the parking lot... I was constantly checking on my vehicle! The build is very run down.. this was a bad experience and averagely expensive to have lived. I'd liked some kind of reimbursement...

Liked: The young Indian Lady on front desk was very nice!
Disliked: Breakfast too weak.

Disappointing

I was not satisfied with...

Disliked: Very dirty shower, comforters were dirty and had hair strands on the sheets. Smell inside of room was very uncomfortable. Walls were very thin, can hear everything going on next door.

Disliked: I drove 5 hrs for them to tell me they didn't hv any rooms but took my money off my card
