I want my money back

Liked: The fact that we were able to leave early.
Disliked: There is to much to list. Bed bugs, staff was rude, dirty and unkept. The room was disgusting. The amenities worked except for the toilet. The staff was about as rude as you can get it and they also like to steal.

Disliked: Nothing actually its very nice would go there again in future

VERY DISAPPOINTING…… NOT A GOOD...

Liked: Breakfast, only thing!!!!!
Disliked: This room was very, very disappointing. I was told it was handicapped accessible—NO, way. Tub was knee-level, shower chair was unstable, no handicap rails. Floor molding between entry & room was loose (7”) raised. We tried to push down so we didn’t trip. Furniture & carpet was soiled/stained. Woodwork was dirty, had not been dusted for a looong time. TV would not turn on. We reported it to the Desk, she sent a man (from where???). He couldn’t turn it on, went found another remote, rigging the plugs got the TV on, BUT only on a Sport Channel. When time to turn it OFF, I had to unplug it. This was difficult as the TV was on a Unit close to the wall. Entry Door did not fit the doorframe, but we were able to secure it. The Breakfast Bar was very good and clean. Yes, we have stayed at Baymont Inns before.

Liked: Desk staff at checking was great, even worked us in early
Disliked: Terrible smell on 3rd floor (carpets desperately need cleaning)Bathtub stainedUnpleasant odor to fan (on cool setting- either blows warm or cool)Floors need true clean, not just a damp moping. While they looked clean, our feet were blackened by with small amount of walking in the room. All a first, as we have stayed here numerous times in different aeasons.

Dated hotel

Liked: Location was nice.
Disliked: Hotel was dated. The room was dated. The water faucet was backwards. The first room was received reeked of smoke, even though it is a smoke free hotel. We were moved to another room, that room still had smoke coming in from an outside source. The best thing going was that the bed was comfortable.

Will never use Baymont again!

Liked: It's close to the freeway. That's the only benefit of that hotel.
Disliked: Veteran Rider group made reservations in Battle Creek but had a veteran event in Kalamazoo where we got caught in a downpour the entire way from Battle Creek to Kalamazoo. Tried to change our reservation to Kalamazoo but the inexperience of the staff would not allow it. Attempts to speak to upper management or refuted. We ultimately stayed at Kalamazoo East Baymont which should be condemned and burned to the ground as it is cockroach crackhead and red light hooker infested.

A disappointing experience with an...

Liked: When I got locked out of my room multiple times in the middle of the night, the staff were able to regain me access easily.
Disliked: It did not seem like our room was cleaned whatsoever, just that the bed and towels were folded and set. I picked the jacuzzi room to relax after a wedding and when filling up the water there were brown bubbles along the sides of the tub, so I never used the jacuzzi. Also, there were stains throughout the bedsheets, so we had to remove them. Lastly, there was a needle cap found in the corner of the room, meaning that the room had not been overlooked. When checking out the next day, I waited for a staff member to tell them about our room, and I was not helped with.
