Disliked: Vents were dirty in bathroom and didn't turn on. Sink kept backing up. Most of the staff struggled to speak or understand English.

Very nice and happy staff

Liked: Staff are so nice and friendly. I asked tone on the first floor but all the rooms were taken and one of the kind men offered to help me take my stroller upstairs because they don’t have an elevator.

Liked: It was a nice stay. Kids had fun in the pool while I enjoyed the hot tub.
Disliked: There were some people a few doors down from the kids' room yelling and arguing. They appeared to be drunk.

Disliked: Seemed run down, holes in the walls, baseboards missing, refrigerator old and noisy, bathrooms old and plumbing didn’t work properly. No ventilation and room smell was moldy.
